Thank you very much for the excellent work performed on Thursday 27th June 2019. The results have been outstanding.

Jim has delivered an outstanding finish, and rejuvenated our rendering after the accumulation of 15 years of dirt and algae and lichen build-up. The results were particularly impressive on the gable end which catches the majority of the prevailing weather and was the dirtiest and most weather stained wall of the house; it’s also the first part of the house that you see as you drive up and I now no longer feel embarrassed by the appearance of our house.

Jim is a perfectionist and will keep applying the soft wash solution and rinsing it off until he achieves a finish that he is satisfied with. On our property Jim had to overcome access issues, and use more wash and spend far longer than anticipated and spent almost an extra three hours with us. Jim’s integrity was demonstrated by the fact that he did not charge us any more than the original quote provided despite the additional time taken.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Jim and the soft wash service from JettaClean. Both the results and service provided by Jim have been superb.

Thank you for the excellent job of cleaning my block paving drive, it was 19 years since i had it laid. Your job of cleaning and re-sanding was well worth it. Jim cleaned the drive and remove so much dirt, after he was finished. he explained that he would not sand it as it was wet, he said as soon as he gets a couple of dry days he will come back and re-sand it. He was good to his word about a week later because of bad weather, i returned home from work and it was sanded and it looks great.
